The double room was spotless and tidy, with armchairs and a lounge. Very amiable and caring staff, gave a lot of information.

The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

The third-floor walkup can be quite challenging, especially with heavy luggage and the narrow streets of Naples.

The Junior Suite was surprisingly spacious with two decent-sized rooms and a good shower. The windows were great at blocking out noise from the lively piazza below, so I slept well despite the action outside. With a shared kitchen and free pastries, it felt more like a home. Plus, the location was super convenient-food and sights were just around the corner!

The lovely rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. Angela's warm welcome and personalized attention significantly enhanced our experience, everything was to our liking. The kitchen area, along with the terrace, provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The fine garden view from our room added a serene touch to our stay.

Locating the entrance was somewhat challenging for our group.
